The feet are of great importance to a person's overall health. They are, literally, the body's

They bear all of your weight. Therefore, foot care should be part of your overall health care.

There is a fairly wide range of foot pathologies, for example: flat feet, clubfoot, hollow feet, sickle feet, diabetic feet.

Each of these diseases has a different treatment method. However, in order to achieve and maintain the desired result in the case of foot pathologies, an individual insole (supinator, pronator and corrector) plays a large role. The Terdi clinic, which has many years of experience in treating foot problems and making individual insoles, advises us when it is necessary to use it:

Individual splint for deformed ankle

In the case of a deformed ankle, the use of an individual splint ensures the full functioning of the ankle, corrects the walking axis, corrects pressure on areas of physiological stiffness, protects the ankle from complications, and relieves existing pain.

It is also important to consider the fact that no one is absolutely symmetrical. Thus, it is possible that these deformations may be more pronounced on one foot, and less on the other. This has a very negative effect on the spine. Diagnosis of children is possible from the age of 4. If any pathology is detected, the child must definitely wear an individual brace , first of all, so that this pathology of the foot does not become complicated, does not deepen. With such an approach, the condition can be corrected by the age of 14, we can get a very good result, and then we can work on maintaining it, in order to protect the spine, this is the most important thing with adolescents.

In adults, the shape of the ankle does not change, but using an individual splint relieves complaints and protects the ankle and general health from further complications.

During sports loads, the use of an individual supinator protects the foot from injury. The athlete is faster, more flexible. Has better data. In the event that during sports there is a pronounced pathology of the foot, an individual supinator has both a healing and corrective effect.

A sports insole allows an athlete to use their body's reserves as efficiently as possible and improve their performance. It protects the spine, knees, and all joints from overload and pain.

The use of individual sports gloves is important during sports activities such as: football, basketball, tennis, rugby, athletics, and fencing.

Individual therapy for venous insufficiency and other diseases

Individual gabas are also prescribed for lymphostasis and venous insufficiency, to enhance pump function. Chronic venous insufficiency is a disease caused by damaged and/or weak valves in the veins of the lower extremities. These valves allow blood to flow from the lower extremities to the heart through the veins. In the presence of defective or damaged valves, blood is distributed to other veins and in some cases fluid also flows into the tissues of the lower extremities, which is manifested by swelling of the lower extremities. In this case, the use of individual gabas, along with appropriate treatment of the veins, is quite effective.

The Terdi Clinic also notes that individual supinators cannot be used for children under 4 years of age, because the fat pad has not yet been removed. It can be said that all children under 4 years of age have flat feet, and it is at this time that the arch of the foot is formed.
